Three optimizing models for Web cache replacement policies

  • By analyzing the major factors which affect the cache performance,such as object size,frequency,and access delay,by choosing cost factor,three optimized models are obtained:maximization of hit rate,maximization of byte hit rate and minimization of delay.The analytical result showed that the optimizing models are right.In practical application,the optimized models have flexibility and feasibility.
