Design of automatic weighing system based on C8051F020

  • Aiming at low speed and precision of traditional artificial weighing in wheel production process, a silicon carbide sand automatic weighing system was designed. The system can collect and convert weak sensor signal using C8051F020 microcontroller, carry out digital average value filter for A/D conversion values control the speed of host DC rooter PWM and achieve real-time accurate weighing and quantitative delivery of the silicon carbide sand. The experimental results showed that the weighing dynamic accuracy of the system is higher, the error is ±0.1 g and the system fully meets the production requirements.
