肠道病毒71型的诊断方法及疫苗研究述评

摘要: 对肠道病毒71型的诊断方法及疫苗研究进行了综述.EV71的诊断有病毒分离培养、中和抗体滴度检测、核酸检测和免疫学检测;EV71的疫苗研究主要为国内流行的C4型毒株,经过动物模型评价研发减毒活疫苗、病毒样颗粒疫苗和针对VP1位点的重组疫苗.采用两种或两种以上诊断方法联合使用为EV71的快速诊断提供一种有效方法;而建立合适的动物模型,筛选免疫原性和交叉保护水平高的毒种,以及不同类型疫苗免疫原性比较是疫苗研究的方向.Abstract: The diagnosis method and vaccine research were summarized.There are several diagnosis methods for enterovirus 71 (EV71),such as separation and culture of virus,titer test of neutralizing antibody, nucleic acid detection and immunological assay.The main research contents of EV71 vaccine are attenuated live vaccine based on the C4 strain and evaluated through animal model, virus like particle vaccine and recombinant vaccine aimed at VP1 site.It is provided one effective method for rapid diagnosis of EV71 combined use of two or more diagnosis assay.The foundation of suitable animal model, the screening of virus strain with high immunogenicity and cross protection, and the comparison of immunogenicity for different vaccine are the direction of virus research.
