国产优质烟叶替代津巴布韦烟叶的模块设计及应用

摘要: 以国产优质烟叶为材料,采用循环递进式模块设计理念,设计评价了10个替代模块与津巴布韦烟叶的质量差异,并尝试在卷烟产品中高比例替代津巴布韦烟叶.结果表明:单一等级配方的调整或加香加料,无法弥补组合模块、功能模块与津巴布韦烟叶的质量差距;通过叶组配方调整优化、功能性香料添加及分组加工工艺处理等综合技术,筛选出优等模块TD31,能够在国产一类卷烟产品中实现30%替代津巴布韦烟叶.Abstract: Based on the material of domestic high-quality tobacco leaf,quality differences between ten substituting modules and Zimbabwe tobacco leaves were studied by using the circular design concept for module progressively,and high percentage of substituting Zimbabwe tobacco leaf were tried in tobacco products.The results showed that it could not make up the quality differences between combination module,function module and Zimbabwe tobacco leaves by a single level formula adjusting,functional spices adding.The superior module TD31 which was selected by formula of leaf groups adjusting,functional spices adding,group processing deal with and so on,the 30% of Zimbabwe tobacco leaf could be substituted in domestic kind of cigarette product.
