摘要: 为了解决当前呼叫中心系统成本高和开发周期长的问题,设计了一种基于数字语音卡的呼叫中心系统.该系统基于计算机电话集成技术,以Microsoft.NET为平台,SQL Server 2005为后台数据库,C#语言为开发工具,采用.NET三层架构设计.实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的扩展性,缩短了开发周期、节约了开发成本.Abstract: In order to solve the high cost and long development cycle of the surrent call center system, a general framework call center system using digital voice card was designed. The system based on the computer telephone integration(CTI) technology, taking Microsoft. NET as the platform, SQL Server 2005 as the background database, C# language as a development tool, and using the three layer structure of. NET. The experimental results showed that the system, with its good scalability, shorten development cycle and reduce development cost.
