染料敏化太阳能电池中TiO2和ZnO薄膜光阳极制备方法述评
Review of TiO2 and ZnO thin films photo-anode preparation methods in dye-sensitized solar cells

摘要: 对染料敏化太阳能电池光阳极TiO2和ZnO薄膜制备的常用方法溶胶凝胶法、水热合成法、磁控溅射法、电化学沉积法以及脉冲激光沉积法、金属有机物化学气相沉积法、化学气相沉积法、喷雾热解法和化学沉淀法进行了述评,指出:半导体薄膜的制备和优化,减少电子在其传输过程中的损失,探索多种半导体材料的复合薄膜,优化半导体薄膜的能级结构和与光敏染料能级的匹配性,以及制备更为紧凑有序的纳米阵列光阳极材料和适合规模化生产的工艺是今后应强化的主要研究内容.Abstract: This review presented the commonly used preparation methods for TiO2 and ZnO thin film of photo-anode of dye-densitized solar cells(DSSCs), such as sol-gel, hydrothermal synthesis, magnetron sputtering and electrochemical deposition, in addition with pulsed laser deposition method, metalorganic chemical vapor deposition, spray pyrolysis method and chemical precipitation process. The forecasts of the future developments of DSSCs will be preparation and optimization of semiconductor thin film, decreasing loss of electron conduction, composite of different semiconductor materials, optimizing energy structure and energy level matching of semiconductor and photosensitive dye, preparation of more compact and orderly nano-array optical anode materials and processes suitable for large-scale production.
