烟用香精香料中3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸的测定

摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱测定烟用香精香料中3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸含量的方法:采用乙醇为萃取剂和稀释剂,样品经振荡提取后,以C18(100 mm×3.9 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱,甲醇+0.05%磷酸水溶液(6:94)为流动相等度洗脱,用二极管阵列检测器测定,检测波长为272 nm.实验结果表明:3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸在0.1~10.0 mg/L范围内线性相关系数为0.9994,检出限为1.01 μg/g,加标回收率为93.1%~103.2%,RSD < 5%(n=5).该方法具有灵敏度高、准确性好、操作简易等优点,适用于不同类型烟用香精香料中3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸的含量测定.

Abstract: A method for the detection of 3,4,5-trihydroxy benzoic acid in tobacco essence and flavor was developed by using high performance liquid chromatography.After oscillate-extraction by ethanol,the samples were separated by a C18 column (100 mm×3.9 mm,5 μm),using methanol and 0.05% phosphoric acid (6:94) as mobile phases by isocratic elution,and detected by diode array detector with the wavelength of 272 nm.The experimental results showed that:within the range of 0.1~10.0 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient for 3,4,5-trihydroxy benzoic acid was 0.999 4,the low detection limit was 1.01 μg/g,the recovery was 93.1%~103.2%,the RSD < 5% (n=5).The method was sensitive,accurate and easy-controlled,and it was suitable for quantitive determination of 3,4,5-trihydroxy benzoic acid in different types of tobacco essence and flavor. -
