大米低聚异麦芽糖的润肠通便研究

摘要: 以8周龄SPF级C57BL/6雄性小鼠为实验对象,采用复方地芬诺酯建立小鼠药物便秘模型组,同时建立麻仁丸阳性对照组、空白对照组,以及大米低聚异麦芽糖低、中、高3个剂量组.通过单因素试验对各组实验小鼠灌胃前后体重变化、排首粒黑便时间、8 h内排黑便粒数、8 h内所排黑便的质量、8 h内所排黑便的含水率及小肠墨汁推进率进行方差分析.结果表明:便秘模型组与阳性对照组、空白对照组有显著性差异,便秘模型组建立成功;大米低聚异麦芽糖能缩短便秘小鼠排首粒黑便的时间,提高其8 h内所排黑便的质量、8 h内所排黑便的含水率及小肠墨汁推进率,且中剂量组的润肠通便效果较好.Abstract: The 8-week-old SPF class C57BL/6 male mice were used as experimental object,the compound diphenoxylate was adopted to establish the constipation model.At the same time,three groups were established maren pills positive control group, blank control group and rice isomalto-oligosaccharide low, medium,and high dose groups. The body weight change of experimental mice gavage before and after, the mice first defecation time, 8 h defecation number, 8 h defecation quality, 8 h defecation moisture content and small intestine propulsion rate were analyzed through single factor experiment. The results showed that there were significant differences between the constipation model group and positive control group, blank control group.Constipation model group was established successfully; rice isomalto-oligosaccharide could shorten the mice first defecation time, improve 8 h defecation quality, 8 h defecation moisture content and small intestine propulsion rate, and the aperient bowel effect of medium dose group was better.
