基于电极阵列优化的类真空静电吸附技术

摘要: 提出一种基于电极阵列优化的类真空静电吸附技术:基于库伦作用、J-R效应和静电吸附机理,采用有限元分析方法,构建了三极性电极吸附力输出模型,用于指导电极阵列的优化设计;采用电流变胶技术,设计不同吸槽深度和占空比的多组类真空静电吸盘,以进一步提升吸附力.将该类真空静电吸附技术应用于手持无线控制电控吸附攀爬机器人的设计,机器人的运行效果验证了该技术的可行性.Abstract: Analogous vacuum electrostatic adsorption technology based on electrode array optimazation was put foward. Based on the mechanism of role of Kulun, J-R effect and the electrostatic adsorption, The finite element analysis method was used to construct the triode adsorption force output model for guiding the optimized design of electrode array.Using electrorheological adhesive technology, several groups of different suction slot depth and duty ratio of analyogous vacuum electrostatic chuck were designed to further improve the adsorption force.Analogous vacuum electrostatic adsorption technology was applied in the handheld wireless control electric adsorption climbing robot.The running results of the robot verified the feasibility of this method.
