Abstract
In order to realize the rapid evaluation of the content of aroma components in flue-cured tobacco leaves, the flue-cured tobacco leaves of He'nan, Guizhou and Yunnan K326 were used as samples, and the PLS-DA model and quantitative correction model were established by using near-infrared spectroscopy combined with partial least squares method. The differences in the aroma components of K326 flue-cured tobacco leaves in the planting environment were quickly and quantitatively evaluated. The results showed that:1) The aroma components of the flue-cured tobacco leaves in the three producing areas were significantly different in the PLS-DA model, and the first and second principal components had good interpretation ability. The explanatory power of the model categorical variable was 81.4%; 2) β-Damascone, methyl linolenic acid, butylated hydroxytoluene, β-ionone and other compounds were important distinguishing compounds for the three origin samples; 3) The near-infrared correction model based on the first and second principal component scores had a coefficient of determination of 0.970 0 and 0.908 0, respectively, and had good stability and prediction accuracy.
