新型添加剂在卷烟纸中的应用

摘要: 为降低卷烟中焦油、CO等有害物的含量,改善卷烟品质,对卷烟纸添加剂及其在卷烟中的应用效果进行了研究.结果表明:与对照样相比,添加卷烟纸添加剂可以使卷烟纸在较低温度下裂解,并且其热分解的起始温度有所降低;经热处理后,添加了添加剂的卷烟纸的透气度增幅比对照样大;应用卷烟纸添加剂可使卷烟烟气CO比对照样降低14.49%,焦油降低8.46%,对改善香气、杂气、谐调性、刺激性及余味均有较好效果.对卷烟纸添加剂进行了安全性评价,根据急性经口毒性分级标准评价,属实际无毒.Abstract: In order to reduce the content of detrimental material such as tar and CO and improve the quality of cigarettes,the application effect of cigarette paper additives was studied.The results showed that compared with control,the application of additives in cigarette paper can start cracking at lower temperatures,and the initial thermal decomposition temperature of cigarette paper was reduced;by heat treatment,the permeability of cigarette pape adding additives was larger than the control samples;the additives could bring down the CO and the tar,decreasing separately by 14.49% and 8.46%.The sensory evaluation was carried out and results showed that the additives could improve the aroma,harmonization and odor,reduce the stimulus and improve the aftertaste.Safety evaluation of cigarette paper additives was conductded.According to the evaluation of the acute oral toxicity grading standards,cigarette paper additives were practical non-toxic.
