基于车联网的3G远程车载尾气监测系统的设计与实现

摘要: 针对汽车尾气传统检测方法周期长、操控繁杂、精确度低的问题,构建了基于车联网的3G远程车载尾气监测系统.该系统引入电化学传感器与尾气进行化学反应,以获取相应气体浓度的电极信号值;采用CAN总线实时采集传感器节点的电信号值,进而通过中控软件计算相应气体浓度值;设计3G远程通信系统实时监测区域内相关车辆的尾气浓度值,为大气污染的防控提供有效参考数据.实验结果表明,该系统提升了传统监测系统的智能性、实时性和精确性,解决了传统尾气监测系统发展的瓶颈问题.Abstract: Aiming at the problem of the long cycle,complex manipulation,and low accuracy of the traditional automobile exhaust detection method,3G remote vehicle exhaust detection system based on IOV was proposed.In order to obtain a signal value corresponding to the electrode-gas concentration,electrochemical sensors were introduced for a chemical reaction with the exhaust gas; CAN bus was used for the real-time acquisition of the electrical signal of the sensor node to calculate the corresponding gas concentration through the control software; the 3G remote communication system was designed to detect the vehicle exhaust concentration within certain area,which could provide effective reference data for prevention and control of air pollution.The result showed that the system improved the inteligent,real-time and accuracy of the traditional monitoring,and solved the development bottleneck of traditional exhaust gas monitoring system.
