水泥养护室温度参数自整定模糊PID控制算法研究

摘要: 针对水泥养护室温度控制自动化程度低、温度控制很难达到国标要求的现状,提出参数自整定模糊PID控制算法.该算法通过实时修正PID参数来确保系统精度及稳定性.Matlab仿真结果表明,参数自整定模糊PID控制系统比传统的PID控制具有更好的稳定性和鲁棒性.Abstract: In order to solve the problems such as the low degree of automation of concrete curing room temperature control,the difficulty for the temperature control to meet the requirements of national standard, the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm was put forward.The algorithm through the real-time correction PID parameters to ensure the system accuracy and stability.The Matlab simulation results showed that the parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID control system has better stability and robustness than the traditional PID.
