快速冷却法制备YBa2Cu3O7-δ体系超导性质研究

摘要: 为了探讨冷却速率对高温超导材料YBa2Cu3O7-δ的超导电性的影响,采用固相反应法和快速冷却法制备系列样品YBa2Cu3O7-δ.R-T测试结果表明,随着退火速度的加快,样品的零电阻温度Tc0逐渐降低,超导电性逐渐减弱,转变宽度△Tc逐渐变宽,样品的超导品质逐渐变差;当急速退火时,样品完全失去超导电性.这证明:冷却速率对超导电性有较大的影响.

Abstract: To understand the cooling rate effect on superconductivity of high-temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-δ, solid-state reaction and rapid cooling method are used to prepare YBa2Cu3O7-δ sample. The R-T tests showed that with the acceleration of annealing,the zero resistance temperature Tc0 of samples decreases, superconductivity becomes weakened,transition width △Tc becomes wider, superconducting quality becomes worse. When the rapid annealing degrees, sample losses superconductivity. Cooling rate has an iraportant impact on superconductivity.-
