中小型电动汽车智能充电机设计
Design of intelligent chargers for small and medium size electrical vehicle

摘要: 基于单片机PIC16F873A和开关电源控制器UC3846N,针对一般铅酸蓄电池存在的问题,引入电压反馈环和电流反馈环,采用四段式充电控制策略,设计了便携式中小型电动汽车智能充电机.整机调试得到的参数特征表明,充电机很好地实现了快速均衡充电及参数实时监控,具有热保护、反接保护、过压过流保护功能,并且体积小、重量轻、携带使用方便.Abstract: Aiming at the problems existed in the lead-acid battery,using voltage feedback loop and current feedback loop,the design of small and medium size electrical vehicle portable intelligent charger based on PIC16F873A and UC3846N was introduced to achieve the four-stage charging process.By testing the main board,the parameter characteristics showed that this charger could achieve fast charging with constant current and parameter real time monitoring,and realize the functions of over-heat protection, reverse polarity protection, over-voltage/current protection required above and it was low in weight, small in size and portable.
