多孔P(ST-DVB)微球的制备及其粒径和分布影响因素研究

摘要: 以苯乙烯为单体、二乙烯基苯为交联剂、过氧化苯甲酰胺为引发剂、span80为表面活性剂,采用表面活性剂反胶团法制备单分散多孔聚(苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)微球,并对影响该微球粒径及其分布的主要因素(表面活性剂用量、搅拌速度和电解质种类)进行研究.结果表明:微球的Tg为170℃;随着span80用量的增加,微球的粒径先减小后增大;随着搅拌速度的增大,微球的粒径减小;随着加入的电解质对乳液作用强度的增大,微球粒径减小.

Abstract: Using styrene as monomer, divinyl benzene as crosslinker and benzoyl peroxide as initiator,span80 as surfactant,monostyrene porous poly(styrene-divinyl benzene) microparticles were prepared by surfactant reverse micelle method. The main factors (surfactant dosage, stirring speed and electrolyte type) affecting the particle size and distribution of the microspheres were investigated. The results showed that the Tg of the microspheres was 170℃. With the increase of the amount of span80, the particle size of the microspheres first decreased and then increased. With the increase of the stirring speed, the particle size of the microspheres decreased.With the increase of the strength of the added electrolyte, the particle size of the microspheres decreased. -
