论拉美新左翼政权崛起中的美国因素

摘要: 20世纪末以来拉美地区左翼政权的崛起掀起了一番"粉色浪潮",这是新千年拉丁美洲政治舞台上的新景象。拉美左翼政权的崛起,美国是其关键影响因素:引入美国新自由主义的失败是拉美左翼政权崛起的经济社会条件;美国推动的拉美民主化进程为拉美新左翼政权提供了制度基础;美国战略视线的转移为拉美左翼政党的崛起提供了政治、外交条件。
