  • 摘要: 梳理创新生态系统研究相关文献发现:国内外学者对于创新生态系统的定义虽尚未达成统一的认识,但彼此的观点有相通之处,将创新生态系统的特征归纳为多样性共生、自组织演化、开放式协同三个方面,结合生态位理论解释了系统中要素的功能,将创新生态系统的形成机制总结为自下而上的自发形成机制和自上而下的引导形成机制,并以时间度量为基准对创新生态系统的演进路径进行了划分。梳理中观区域层面和微观创新主体层面对创新生态系统的实证研究发现:已有研究对政府在创新生态系统形成与演进中的作用主要集中在公共服务提供和政府政策制定两个方面;而在未来的研究中,创业教育平台构建、创新文化培育和创新主体联动更值得深入研究。
