  • 摘要: 为提高去屑剂己脒定二羟乙基磺酸盐(HD)在湿润环境下的黏附性能,以W1/O/W2双重乳液为模板,合成具有黏附性的聚多巴胺@己脒定二羟乙基磺酸盐微胶囊(PDA@HD微胶囊),并对其形貌结构、载药性能、缓释性能、黏附性能及斑马鱼胚胎急性毒性进行研究。结果表明:PDA@HD微胶囊外观呈球状,有明显核壳结构,平均粒径为353 nm;通过提高双重乳液W1相中HD的质量浓度,可以显著提升PDA@HD微胶囊中HD的搭载率,当HD质量浓度为18 mg/mL,其搭载率为17.1%;HD在PDA@HD微胶囊中的释放表现出明显的pH依赖性,偏酸性环境更有利于HD的释放;PDA@HD微胶囊的黏附力提高明显,其平均黏附力(8.42 nN)约为HD (2.89 nN)的3倍;PDA@HD微胶囊的斑马鱼胚胎急性毒性有所降低,当PDA@HD微胶囊内的HD质量浓度为0.5 mg/mL时,斑马鱼胚胎发育至96 hpf仍无死亡。
