Cellulose waste fermentation technique of alcohol production

  • Alcohol production was carried out using saccharification and fermentation of cellulase with cellulose waste as material.The results showed that sugar rate was 36.8% when bagasse was pretreated with 1.0% dilute sulphuric acid at 121℃,heat preservation 2 h and was hydrolyzed with cellulase at condition 50℃,pH=5.0,40 U/g for 120 min.Analysis of test results from the orthogonal experiment showed that the production of Saccharomyces cerevisiae optimum technology condition was fermentation time 72 h,fermentation temperature 28℃,1.00% inoculum,the alcohol yield was 15.31 g/g.Four factors on the yield of the impact of alcohol order were as follows:fermentation time >fermentation temperature > yeast inoculum > cellulase dosage.
