Abstract
In order to reduce the content of detrimental material such as tar and CO and improve the quality of cigarettes,the application effect of cigarette paper additives was studied.The results showed that compared with control,the application of additives in cigarette paper can start cracking at lower temperatures,and the initial thermal decomposition temperature of cigarette paper was reduced;by heat treatment,the permeability of cigarette pape adding additives was larger than the control samples;the additives could bring down the CO and the tar,decreasing separately by 14.49% and 8.46%.The sensory evaluation was carried out and results showed that the additives could improve the aroma,harmonization and odor,reduce the stimulus and improve the aftertaste.Safety evaluation of cigarette paper additives was conductded.According to the evaluation of the acute oral toxicity grading standards,cigarette paper additives were practical non-toxic.
