Abstract
In order to enhance the reliability of spaceborne equipment, structural design was made for the spaceborne cabinet based on the characters of spacecraft products. Adopting splicing enclosure, built-in 9 shielding box, it's built-in one print. Mechanical analysis of shock response spectrum and random vibration at the design phase were carried out. The results showed that the strength of the equipment was sufficient, without crack and fracture, the structural form was validated reasonable and the structural strength was validated reliable through mechanical experiments.
