Research progress of IgE detection based on aptamer sensor

  • The IgE detection principle, detection limit and linear range using electrochemical aptamer sensors, optical aptamer sensors and piezoelectric aptamer sensor were reviewed. Applying nanotechnology to aptamer sensor to detect IgE would become the research direction.
