制度企业家特质与行为模式研究综述
Research review of speciality and behavior pattern of institutional entrepreneurs

摘要: 通过梳理学界对制度企业家内涵的界定，制度经济学派、组织新制度主义学派对制度企业家特质的分析，以及从制度变迁和制度创新两个方面对制度企业家行为模式的阐释，可以看出，国外对制度企业家的研究日益成熟，而国内学者对制度企业家的重视程度还不够。无论是制度经济学派还是组织新制度主义学派，他们在对制度企业家特质的理解上并没有太大的差异，他们都强调制度企业家是以利益为导向、在制度变迁过程中发挥着重要作用的企业家。但是他们的着重点不同，前者主要强调制度企业家完成制度创新的能力，而后者主要强调制度企业家在制度创新过程中的策略应用。制度企业家的行为模式是通过制度变迁和制度创新来展现的。通过制度变迁和制度创新，可以使制度企业家发现制度本身所存在的缺陷，并针对这些缺陷，通过动用资源、改变制度环境等方式来创建新的制度；也可以使制度企业家发现潜藏在制度变革背后的潜在利润和商业机会，以此来获取利益相关方对其进行制度创新的支持。关于制度企业家的特质和行为模式，目前学界虽已经进行了认真研究，并获得了丰硕成果，但是关于制度企业家的行为对企业经营和绩效的影响还没有进行深入研究，因此这一点应成为学界未来研究的重点。
