教师领导力影响大学生学习成绩的机制研究

摘要: 教师领导力是教师利用其职位所赋予的权利和个人所具有的影响力,去影响教学活动中的相关者,组合多种教学方法致力于全面提高学生的综合能力,改善教学效率和效能的一种能力和影响过程。从社会学习理论、社会交换理论和社会认同理论分析教师领导力影响大学生学习成绩的机制发现,教师通过建立良好的学习榜样,可提高学生的一般自我效能和学习自我效能;教师通过对学生的关心和支持可激发大学生努力学习的回报感,从而促使其努力学习;教师通过创造认同感可改变学生的学习动机,从而促使其主动地学习。因此,应注重教师领导力的建立、培训和开发工作,高校教师则应以身作则、身体力行,尊重、信任、关爱和支持大学生,重视塑造大学生的认同感,从而充分发挥教师领导力对学生学习成绩的积极影响。
