城市新区脆弱性的评估模型及风险调控研究

摘要: 城市新区脆弱性是目前我国推进城市可持续发展与现代化建设过程中的热点问题,对城市新区脆弱性进行研究具有一定的现实意义。城市新区脆弱性的影响因素可分为资源、生态环境、社会建设、经济、文化、制度6个方面。构建城市新区脆弱性测度指标体系,运用DEA模型进行评估,对新区总体脆弱性效率、规模报酬效率、投入冗余等进行分析,可实现对城市新区脆弱性现状的把握,从而及时有效地对城市新区脆弱性做好风险调控。
