生涯适应力对员工离职创业意愿的影响机制研究
Study on influential mechanism of career adaptability on employee entrepreneurship intention

摘要: 基于生涯构建理论和工作嵌入理论,采用问卷调查实证研究的方法收集数据并建立研究模型,问卷发放对象覆盖了国有、外资和民营三种所有制的高新技术企业,通过对 287份问卷数据进行挖掘分析,深入解读生涯适应力、工作嵌入两种因素与员工离职创业意愿之间的关系。调查结果表明:其一,在三种所有制企业中生涯适应力都是离职创业的重要前因变量;其二,工作嵌入的三个维度对离职创业的影响在三种所有制企业中不尽相同;其三,工作嵌入的联系维度和匹配维度在生涯适应力与离职创业意愿之间的关系中存在显著的中介作用。
