制度基础观视角下文化产业集群的知识产权保护研究——以禹州钧瓷为例

摘要: 通过对知识产权保护、文化产业集群的知识产权保护、制度基础观的相关文献梳理和分析,以文化产业集群禹州钧瓷为例,根据制度基础观的外部合法性、内部合法性的作用机制,从合法性机制的管制维度、规范维度、认知维度三个维度剖析了文化产业集群知识产权保护的内在机理。按照合法性机制的内在逻辑,从政府、社会、行业、企业多个层面给出了禹州钧瓷知识产权保护的策略,以形成文化产业集群的知识产权保护体系,促进文化产业集群健康发展。
