Refrigeration station monitoring and control system based on fieldbus technology

  • Based on PROFIBUS technology,the transformation project of a large-scale refrigeration station monitoring and control system was improved.The PID control strategy of the freezing water flow was adapted.The Modbus/485/PROFIBUS communication module NT30 was selected to achieve the data exchanging.By the power transmitter installed in the power distribution equipment monitoring system collected the energy consumption data.The results of the actual implementation of projects showed that the use of the fieldbus technology could make the system integrate more parameters and with high reliability.Application of the suggestion saved the costs of the hardware and construction investing by 30%.
