Preparation and analysis of alkali-soluble polysaccharide from tartary buckwheat bran

Abstract:
With tartary buckwheat bran as material,alkali-soluble polysaccharide was extracted with 0.2 mol/L NaOH solution and purified on DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B chromatography.The results showed that ABP was mainly composed of glucose,along with small amount of arabinose,xylose,and mannose,which was mainly β-gulcan.ABP was fractionated into 2 fractions on DEAE-Sepharose CL-6B column:ABP1 and ABP2.ABP1,with 85.30% of polysaccharide,consisted mainly of glucose,and small amount of xylose.The molar ratio was n(Glc):n(Xyl)=9.47:1.The molecular weight was 8.5×104 determined by high-performance size-exclusion chromatography.
The effects of oat β-glucan on insulin resistance in type Ⅱ diabetic mice caused by STZ

Abstract:
To investigate the effects of oat β-glucan on type Ⅱ diabetic mice caused by STZ, 100 male Kunming mouse (20±2) g were divided into two groups:normal control group and model group. Diabetic mice were divided into 5 groups ( each group, n=15): model control group, high dose β-glucan group, median dose β-glucan group,low dose β-glucan group, Metformin hydrochloride Tablets group,which were fed different diets for 6 weeks. Oral glucose tolerance test was carried out six weeks later, serum insulin concentions,liver glycogen and muscle glycogen were measured,insulin activity indexs were calculated at the end of the experiments. The results showed that the groups of different doses of β-glucan significantly lowered fasting blood glucose. Oat β-glucan could significantly stimulate insulin secretion, improve insulin resistance and glucose tolerance ability,promote synthesis of liver and muscle glycogen. The best was the group high dose β-glucan group(2 000 mg/kg·bw)among all of the oat β-glucan groups.
Study on the role of lycium barbarum polysaccharides for eliminating lead-exposed mice

Abstract:
48 Kunming mice were divided into 6 groups for control group,lead model group,EDTA group,low,medium,and high lycium barbarum polysaccharides(LBP) doses groups.The lead concentrations in blood,liver and femur and the activity of SOD in serum were detected at the 30th day.The results showed that the levels of blood lead,liver lead and femur lead were significantly decreased in poisoning mice exposed to LBP(p<0.05).At the same time,the activity of SOD was increased remarkably in LBP groups.LBP has a remarkable effect of lead-eliminating from lead-exposed rats.
Effect of food additives on quality of deep frozen bean flour dumplings

Abstract:
The effect of CSL-SSL, sodium alginate and guar gum on the quality of deep frozen bean flour dumplings wrapper was studied through indexes of frost crack ratio, boiling property and texture. The results showed that the addition of CSL-SSL had obviously improved the texture and boiling property of dump-lings,and reduced frost crack. The optimal addtion of CSL-SSL is 0.2%.
Relationships between sensory quality and main chemical components in different leaves of flue-cured tobacco

Abstract:
161 samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves from main tobacco-growing areas of China were used as materials to investigate the relationship between sensory quality and main chemical components in different leaves flue-cured tobacco.The results indicated that the chemical components was suitable in different leaves flue-cured tobacco.The smoking quality was good and the CV of total scores in smoking evaluation was low.The chemical components and total scores in smoking evaluation reached the significant level in different leaves.The relationship between sensory quality and main chemical components was analyzed with grey incidence analysis.The maximal factors influencing total scores in smoking evaluation were the chlorine,the nicotine,the reducing sugar.The nicotine content increased at first then decreased along with increasing of total scores in different leaves.The middle leave of reducing sugar content increased along with increasing of total scores.The potassium content and ratio of potassium/chlorine had positive effects on the total scores.The chlorine content had negative effects on the total scores.
Effect of KC-2A expanded medium on chemical composition and sensory quality of cut tobacco

Abstract:
The effect of new expansion medium(KC-2A) on the chemical compounds and sensory quality of tobacco was investigated,the two kinds of expansion methods(microwave and steam) were carried.The changes of chemical composition in tobacco and smoke before and after expansion treated were determined,meanwhile,the sensory quality was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the chemical and physical character of tobacco which expanded by new expansion medium is consistent to traditional expanded tobacco cut,while flavor quality of former tobacco was better than that of traditional expanded tobacco.
GC/MS analysis of oxidative degradation of lutein and its flavoring application in cigarette

Abstract:
Chemistry method was used to oxidate degradation of lutein,and the products of degradation were analysed by GC/MS.The results indicated that the oxidative degradation of lutein was respectively determined 6,12 and 17 kinds of compounds under the effection of H2O2,AgNO3 and KMnO4,by using 95% ethanol as solvent.Common components had dihydroactionlide,3-oxygen violet alcohol,isophorone and so on among them and the content of dihydroactionlide was relative higher.The degradation products of lutein were applied in unblended cut tobacco and cut filler.The results indicated that adding the suitable amount of degradation products of lutein could efficiently improve smoking quality of the cigarettes,increase quantity of tobacco aroma,reduce offensive odor and irritation and amend aftertaste.The rational consumption was 0.01%.
Effect of moisure content and temperature controlling in two-conditioning process on threshing quality

Abstract:
The moisure content and temperature of tobacco after the first and second conditioning were respectively regarded as combination factor A and B,the rotation rate of ordering-cylinder respectively as test factor C and D,and the large and medium pieces rate,fragmentation rate,the stem percentage of leaves as test targets.The orthogonal test had been carried out.The results showed that the moisure content and temperature of tobacco after the first conditioning has significant effect on the rate of large and medium pieces and high significant effect on the fragmentation rate,the stem percentage of leaves,the moisure content and tempreture of tobacco after the second conditioning has respectively high significant effect on the fragmentation rate and significant effect on the stem percentage of leaves.The moisure content and temperature of tobacco should be controlled according to the same standard.
Effect of loosing and conditioning process on the sensor characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaf

Abstract:
In order to study effect of loosing and conditioning process on the flue-cured tobacco leaf,the sensor characteristics of flue-cured tobacco leaf were compared between untreated and treated by loosing and conditioning process with different processing intensity which was set in the range of the equipment performance.The results showed that the loosing and conditioning process could change flue-cured tobacco leaf aroma style.With the processing intensity increased,the proportion of flue-cured tobacco sample which aroma style changed increased.The loosing and conditioning process has a great effect on the aroma quality,offensive taste,smoke smoothy,irritation and cleanness,and has a little effect on the smoke concentration,strength,dryness and volume of aroma.In the appropriate range of processing intensity,the loosing and conditioning process can significantly improve quality of aroma,smoke smoothy,cleanness and reduce offensive taste,irritation above moderate processing intensity.
Study on the heat and moisture transfer of cut tobacco base on Luikov theory in storing processing

Abstract:
Based on the Luikov theory,heat and moisture transfer mechanism of cut tobacco was analyzed and differential equation of cut tobacco in storing processing was established.Dimensional analysis and Laplace arithmetic were applied to solve the equation.Analytical solution of temperature and moisture filed of cut tobacco stack bed was received.It provided theoretical principle to the further study of heat and moisture transfer of cut tobacco in storing processing.

Abstract:
The methods of reducing CO from the mainstream of cigarette at home and abroad were reviewed,including raw materials of the modified tobacco,dilution ventilation of increased porosity of cigarette paper and filter,filters filter by adsorption and catalytic oxidation of CO and cigarette paper additives of changing the burning of cigarette.The main direction of flue gas CO reducing in a period of current and in future was pointed which out is to seek catalytic oxidation and adsorption double performance additives.

Abstract:
Recent developments on clean synthesis of adipic acid in the presence of different catalytic systems were reviewed,in which cyclohexene,cyclohexone,cyclohexanol or cyclohexane are used as substrate and hydrogen peroxide or oxygen as clean oxidant.Based on these discussions,the modified zeolite and supported catalyst-hydrogen peroxide systems will be a main direction for the clean synthesis of adipic acid in the future.

Abstract:
The densities and viscosities for ternary mixtures of menadione sodium bisulfite+water+(45%C2H5OH,60%C2H5OH and 75%C2H5OH,respectively) have been determined experimentally at 303.15~333.15 K.The dependence of density and viscosity on temperature and concentration has been correlated by means of the Vogel-Tamma-Fulcher(VTF) equation.The standard deviation between equation calculated and experimental values was less than 1.0%.The apparent molar volumes and limiting partial molar volume from the experiment measurements were calculated.The results have a great significance in application.
Current development of aptamer-based amperometric sensors for the determination of small molecule targets

Abstract:
The current development of the aptamer-based amperometric sensor for the determination of small molecule targets was reviewed.The targets were detected according to electrical current or resistance changes caused by the binding of target with the aptamer immobilizated onto the electrode surface and distance changes between the electroactive molecule and electrode,based on the principle of aptamer-based amparometric sensor.To improve the sensitivity and selectivity will be the future development direction of the aptamer-based amperometric sensor.
Method research of robot multi-sensor information fusion based on D-S evidence theory

Abstract:
Based on the D-S evidence theory,the dempster synthesis law was improved using the ideas of weighted average and evidence similarity,and then the information detected by photoelectric encoder,CCD camera and the laser sensors was fused.The experiment results showed that the improved D-S evidence theory can eliminate the noise interference,handle signals smoothly.Therefore robot can implement obstacle avoidance safely by doing autonomous navigation,obstacle detecting and track planning.

Abstract:
A hyperchaotic system is achieved by introducing an additional state variable to a 3D chaotic system.Based on the stability criterion of linear system,full state hybrid projective synchronization is achieved by appropriate linear separation.Numerical simulation showed the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.

Abstract:
A new four-dimentional hyperchaotic system based on a new three-dimensinal system was built by adapting nonlinear controller.Some of its basic dynamical properties were studied briefly,such as the feature of equilibrium,the hyperchaos attractor,the bifurcation diagram and Lyapunov exponent.Numerical simulations showed that the new system's dynamics behavior can be periodic,chaotic and hyperchaotic as the parameter varies,and the system can be used in chaotic secrete communication.

Abstract:
Aiming at the problem of drainage pump station for more than high-power pumps impacting largerly the power,the operation programe was determined using S7-200 PLC as a controller,combining the soft starter ATS48C41Q and comparing the running time of equipment,thus a soft start dragging 4 blanced operation and soft-start pump was achieved.This technology reduces the cost and improves efficiency,having value for promotion.
Optimization and design of heat sink of LED street lamp

Abstract:
The LED's heat sink was modeling and simulated by Flotherm.The results of simulation showed that changing of height,width and number of the fin of heat sink had a significant effect on temperature of chip.When height,width and number of the fin of heat sink are 65 mm,1.2 mm and 20 respectively,the temperature of heat sink reaches the lowest and is 52.6℃,which is 60℃ lower than normal work temperature of LED.The highest temperature of heat sink is in direct proportion to environment temperature.The analysis results make theoretical references for the thermal design of LED.

Aiming at the problems of the key equipment-frameproof feed switch in power distribution system of coal mine with low integration,poor reliability and low intelligence,an intelligent feed switch control system was designed with ARM7TDMI-S as kernal,LPC2210 processor as core,EasyARM2200 as embedded system,using transplantation of embedded real-time operation system.This system can improve production efficiency by predicting state changes.

Abstract:
Based on PROFIBUS technology,the transformation project of a large-scale refrigeration station monitoring and control system was improved.The PID control strategy of the freezing water flow was adapted.The Modbus/485/PROFIBUS communication module NT30 was selected to achieve the data exchanging.By the power transmitter installed in the power distribution equipment monitoring system collected the energy consumption data.The results of the actual implementation of projects showed that the use of the fieldbus technology could make the system integrate more parameters and with high reliability.Application of the suggestion saved the costs of the hardware and construction investing by 30%.
Design of voltage withstand test device for energy meter

Abstract:
Traditional voltage withstand equipment can only tests withstand voltage under 2 kV,class Ⅱ insulation energy meter can not be test.To solve this problem,a kind of new testing equipment was designed.Voltage output above 4 kV is added on the energy meter for one setting time.Then capability of voltage withstand is confirmed by testing the peak current.All energy meter positions are independent.It can switch between the test of voltage withstand and others by separate relay,and change for data by RS485 to control center.It is characterized with easy operation,safety and steady performance.
The influence of spiral groove's structure parameter on opening force and stiffness of the dry gas seals

Abstract:
Utilizing the ANSYS software parametric design,flow field analysis of gas film between the spiral groove dry gas seal was analyzed by numerical simulation.The influence of the structure parameters of spiral groove,on opening force and gas film stiffness was studied with comprehensive consideration of the larger open gas membrane stiffness,strength calculation results showed that acting-ring structure parameters is suitable:spiral slot number Ng=15-17,spiral angle α=14°~20°,groove depth employed by Hg=5 μm,groove long dam longer than the γ=0.625~0.705,wide than machine slot δ=1.2~1.5.
The finite element analysis of high rock slope stability

Abstract:
To make the analysis of high side slope stability more accurate,the stability was judged using combination of red even shoots method with finite element analysis.The steady state of the side slope in the dead weight function was confirmed after using the side slope spurts the anchor supports,FLAC3D(fast lagrangian analysis of continua in 3 dimensions) and limit zero-method confirmation supports and protections.This explains that the supports and protections have made the ideal progress.
Application of Na2SO4·10H2O thermal energy storage materials in the vegetable greenhouse

Abstract:
In order to raise the temperature of vegetable greenhouse since its temperature might be low at night,the basic idea of using thermal energy storage material was proposed.To make comparative analysis of different thermal energy storage materials,Na2SO4·10H2O is used as experimental materials for thermal storage.Thermal energy storage materials store excess solar energy during the day,increasing the average temperature of plastic canopy to 2.4℃,the average night temperature to 5.4℃.

Abstract:
An operational online storage and online backup systems was designed and realized based on cloud storage aiming at difficulties of storage and backup of small businesses in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone.The system has perfect data security protection measures using the underlying storage system.The overall system was performanced through test cases and the results showed that the system is efficient and feasible.
Adaptive clustering method based on linear discriminant analysis and bisecting K-means for high dimensional data

Abstract:
Combining linear discriminant analysis(LDA) and bisecting K-means clustering(BKM),an adaptively clustering method was proposed for high dimensional data.The method uses LDA to transform the high dimensional dataset into low dimensional one,applies BKM on the low dimensional dataset,and constructs the clusters in the original high dimensional dataset.The method is adaptively executed to generate the best result.Extensive experimental results on real-world datasets showed the effectiveness of the approach.
Segmentation algorithm of interest detection regions based on visual attention mechanism

Abstract:
In order to analyze and dispose shallow view images and simple background image preferably and improve image quality and effect,on the basis of Itti attention algorithm,the test method was proposed based on visual attention.Through the analysis of image pixels,this method extracted the interested part of the image,enhanced the image using the deviation degree between pixels and the average of image,and made image more accord with visual requirements using perception study principle.Experimental results showed that the proposed method complies with biological visual attention mechanism,which is also effective to reduce over-segmentation in auto-detecting ROI(region of interesting) and performs well for large objects.
Some improvements of HN method with sixth-order covergence

Abstract:
Two families of sixth-order methods are developed by extending a third-order HN method (harmonic mean Newton's method) for finding the real roots of nonlinear equation in R.The convergence analysis is provided to establish their sixth-order of convergence.In terms of computational cost,they require evaluations of only two functions and two first derivatives per iteration.This implies that efficiency index of our methods are 1.565.Our methods are comparable with Newton's method,HN method and others,as we show in some examples.In the end,some improvements of AN method (arithmetic mean Newton's method) were given.
A model of variable life insurance with stochastic interest rates

Abstract:
A semi-continuous model for stochastic interest has been established,which is done according to reflected Brownian motion and Poisson process.Based on this model,the premium,annuity and reserve of the life insurance theory have been studied.Then not only the interest rate can be guaranteed to be positive,but also the volatility of stochastic interest rate can be controlled effectively by adjusting parameters,so that the impact of interest rate risk may be reduced to some extent.
