The effect of different oat products on digestive enzyme and Na+-K+-ATPase activity of normal mice was studied.The experimental animals were randomly divided into control group,oat β-glucan group,oat flour group,oat meal group and oat bran group.The mice were fed for three weeks.The intestinal mucosa Na+-K+-ATPase activities and digestive enzyme were determined by spectrophotometry.The body weight and food in-take were also examined.The results showed that after three weeks, the mice body weight and food in-take of oat flour group is fit to control group,other groups body weight and food in-take of mice decrease,and there is significant difference comparing with control group(P<0.05).Except for the oat flour group,the others suppressed body weight gain of mice and resulted in significantly decreased food in-take and amylse activity compared with the control group(P<0.05);the trypsin,lipase and Na+-K+-ATPase activity of all experimental groups were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The result showed oat products could decrease level of body weight,food in-take,and intestinal mucosa Na+-K+-ATPase and digestive enzyme activity of mice.The availability of nutrient was depression.The change course is positive correlation with β-glucan of different oat products.
In order to study the interactive effect of additive of Se/Zn/Cu on the concentration of copper,zinc,iron,manganese and calcium in breast muscles in broilers,the experiment was conducted using a total of 720 four-week-old Rose 308 broilers to investigate the effects of adding methionine-Se,Glycine-Zn and Glycine-Cu to corn soybean diets on growth and slaughter performance in broilers and their interaction.Broilers were randomly divided into 9 treatments.The basal diet was used as control group,and the experiment lasted for seven weeks.The results showed:1)different level of Se had significant effect on Cu concentration from 0 to 5 weeks,Zn concentration from 3 to 5 weeks and Fe concentration from 5 to 7 weeks in breast muscles of broilers,but no significant effect on Ca concentration from 0 to 7 weeks.It has significant greatly effect on Mn concentration from 0 to 3 weeks.2)different level of Zn had significant greatly effect on Cu concentration from 0 to 7 weeks,Zn concentration from 3 to 5 weeks,Fe concentration from 3 to 5 weeks and Mn concentration from 0 to 3 weeks,but no significant effect on Ca concentration from 0 to 7 weeks.It has significant greatly effect on Zn concentration from 3 to 5 weeks.3)different level of Cu had significant greatly effect on Cu and Zn concentration from 0 to 5 weeks and Mn concentration from 5 to 7 weeks,but no significant effect on Fe and Ca concentration from 0 to 7 weeks.4)interaction of Se,Zn and Cu had significant greatly effect on Cu,Zn and Mn concentration from 0 to 7 weeks,Fe concentration from 3 to 7 weeks and Ca concentration from 3 to 5 weeks in breast muscles of broilers.
Microwave extraction of wheat bran polysaccharides was investigated.The effects of microwave power,microwave time,and material ratio on the extration percentage was studied.Orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction conditions.Power 320 W,time 90 s and liquid/solid ratio 1:30 were found to be the most suitable extraction condition.Under the optimum conditions,the wheat bran polysaccharides yield was 6.57%.The factor of time affected the polysaccharides yield significantly when α=0.05.Compared with the former experimental results of hot water extraction,microwave extraction method has the advantage of higher extraction speed and higher extracting rate.So,microwave extraction method could be applied in the industry.
The drying kinetics of millet extrudate was investigated by non-isothermal thermogravimetry at five heating rate(2℃/min,6℃/min,10℃/min,15℃/min,20℃/min).The drying measurements was analysed by FWO,KAS and iterative procedure for the determining of activation energy Ea.With the value ofEa,Coats-Redfern and Achar equations were combined for confirming the most probable mechanism,and calculating the pre-exponental factor A and reaction order n.The results demonstrated that the drying mechanism was dominated by a n-order kinetics where n was 3.17~3.55 and A was 2.62×1012~4.63×1012,the n and A value was changed at different heating rate.The average activation energy was 89.42 kJ/mol.
Inocutis tamaricis 6-27,collected in Zhengzhou of He'nan province,China,was identified primarily based on morphological characteristics.The rDNA ITS region of the strain was cloned and sequenced,and BLAST matched with GenBank database on homology.The ITS sequences,together with 22 reference sequences obtained from the GenBank database,were used to construct a phylogenetic tree.The results demonstrated that the ITS sequence analysis supported the identification based on morphological characteristics,the strain was Inocutis tamaricis.In phylogenetic analysis,twenty three materials from different genera were divided into six groups.Group A included seven strains of I.tamaricis and one strain of Inonotus cuticularis.I.jamaicensis 4508 from southern hemisphere from Argentina and Fomitiporella caryophylli CBS 448.76 from India were integrated into group B,as big sister group with group A and small sister group with group C,which included two Fulvifomes species.The remained nine strains of Inonotus,Phellinus,Mensularia and Fuscoporia were integrated into group D,E and F.The phylogenetic analysis of allied taxa suggested the independent genus level of Inocutis and Fulvifomes,however,the heterogeneous status of genera Inonotus and Phellinus needs further standardizing and unifying.
The advancements of research on nicotine catabolism of microorganisms in the past decades were reviewed.The advancements mainly include classification and diversity of nicotine-degrading microbes,catabolism pathways,molecular biology and enzymes about nicotine degradation,and the application of these nicotine-degrading microbes is also overviewed.It is suggested that nicotine-degrading microbes play important roles in depressing nicotine of tobacoo leaves and environment.
11 kinds of trace elements(Cr,Co,Ni,Se,Mn,Zn,Cu,As,Cd,Pb,Hg)in flue-cured tobacco samples containing 3 grades from 3 main tobacco-growing areas in Hebei province were detemined by ICP-MS combining with microwave digestion.The results indicated that the trace element contents from different areas were different.The differentiation of Mn,Cu,Zn,As and Pb was significant.The contents of trace elements in different parts distributed regularly.The Cu element accumulated more in middle and upper leaves while the other elements were the most in lower leaves.The Mn element content was the hightest among the 1l measured elements.The average contents of Cu,Cr,Cd,Pb,Ni,Hg and As in flue-cured tobacco from Hebei all reached the level of pollution-free tobacco from the demonstration regions.
The thermal decomposition of 1-L-Alanine-1-deoxy-D-fructose(Ala-Fru) was investigated by Thermogravimetry-Differential Thermal Analysis(TG-DTA) and online pyrolysis gas chromatography-mass spectroscopy(Py-GC/MS).The analysis results of TG-DTA showed that the primary pyrolysis temperature of Ala-Fru was 147.47℃,and the residual mass was 25% of the original weight in 600℃.The pyrolysis results of Ala-Fru at 350℃,450℃,550℃,650℃,750℃ and 850℃ by on line Py-GC/MS showed that different pyrolytic compounds were obtained at different temperatures,the number of pyrolytic pruducts increased with temperature.The major of pyrolytic compounds was heterocycle including pyrazine,pyridine,pyrrole,furan etc and ketones,which were the important components of producing flavor and aroma in cigarette smoke.
In order to study the application of CO2 in the heat pump,the experiment units of tans-critical CO2 water source heat pump system was designed and built,and the performance of system in various conditions was studied.The experiment results showed that when the initial temperature of water is 25℃,the evaporation temperature is 10℃,the temperature of water resource is 30℃,and the termination temperature of water is 60℃ and 65℃,the heat water source flow of evaporator side is 0.6 m3/h,the COPH of system increases first and then decreases with the high-pressure,the maximum is 4.4,and the high side pressure corresponding to it is the optimal.
Heat transfer and fluid flow characteristics of X-shaped slit fin were investigated by numerical simulation.At the same time,its computational results are compared with that of plain and slit fin.The results showed that JF factor of X-shaped offset fin is maximum and its performance is the best.The X-shaped slit of fin has a low wake region behind the tubes,so its performance of heat transfer and flow is improved in the wake region.
A piece of the 1/2-scaled model well of energy-saving block and invisible multi-ribbed frame walls without filled block and only composed by the border,the rib beam and the rib pillar,is investigated through pseudo static test.On the basis of the experimental results,and through the comparative analysis of two pieces of energy-saving block and invisible multi-ribbed frame walls with filled block and without it the results of the well models were analyzed through the wall cracking process and the law of crack propagation.The analysis shows that the small rib beams are mainly cracked by bending and tension,and the small rib pillars are mainly cracked by bending and shearing.The wall shows the more ideal failure mode,the shear and stress failure.The reciprocal coordination function of gridiron and block is very significant,and the effect of the filled block is equivalent to compression strut.
With a high-power sealed electronic equipment as an example,the software Icepak was used to thermal analysis on the basis of structure design.According to the results of the analysis,the position of the fan was adjusted and the height of cooling tooth was adjusted to 80 mm.The machine was tested with the high-low temperature experiment and long-term stability experiment smoothly.
The traditional method of high-speed train noise control use passive noise reduction methods,such as sound insulation,vibration reduction and so on,but only the high-frequency noise control effective,which can't meet the requirements of more than 300 km/h high-speed train noise control.In order to eliminate low-frequency noise purposely,the active noise control for high-speed trains generate the secondary acoustic signal.Whether the secondary sound source control or secondary force source of control,the noise control methods should enhance system reliability and robustness,and the broadband multi-channel adaptive active noise control technology will become the research focus.
The ultrasonic motors are high products which have the fire-new structure based on fire-new theory.The longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motors have become an research issue bccause they have larger momental and better controllability.The research of the longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motors begin from the compound longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motors at the end of 1980s and developed into the modal transformation ultrasonic motor,one of the most representative motors.Though they develped quickly,the research history of longitudinal-torsional ultrasonic motors is shorter.So they are not ripe in theory and technology.Problems of theory,friction and wear,preloading spring performance and motor structure development will become the research emphasis in the future.
To solve the problem that the Apriori algorithm of mining association rules in database mining is not quite effective in the process of mining potentially valuable low-support patterns,an optimized apriori mining algorithm was proposed.This algorithm exploits an efficient pruning strategy which uses the interestingness measure to filter the non-positive correlated long model and invalid itemsets.The range of support threshold is expanded.The experimental results indicated that the given algorithm was efficient and feasible.
The accuracy of the first-order Markov model is a little lower.In order to solve this problem,the improved algorithm can filter the states by constraining the cloning condition which bases on clustering and cloning dynamic Markov model algorithm,and cut down the amount of cloned states,also lead to less calculation,therefore the operation speed will be boosted.And the experiment result showed that algorithm was effective to improve the efficiency of Markov model that was used in web predicting.
Aimming at the problem of apparel intelligent marker making,an improved particle swarm algorithm was put forward based on analyzing the merit and demerit of genetic algorithm,inertia parameter w was added to the speed item of particle swarm algorithm.Furthermore,a demonstration test is done by C++ under the environment of VS 2005.The result indicated that the improved particle swarm algorithm can achieve ideal material utilization,and running time is close to the best.
The traditional numeric character recognition algorithm which has slow convergence speed and might fall into the local minimum.To solve such problems,the BFGS quasi-Newton algorithm was presented that was applied to the recognition of numeric characters.First,a feed-forward neural network was set up,then network was trained by calling trainbfg on Matlab.The algorithm has high accuracy,fast convergence,can recognize the numeric characters with noise efficiently,so it has broad application prospects.
The method of reasonably configuring and managing registration table for preventing computer viruses under the Windows operating system was studied.The way is introduced to prevent and eliminate computer viruses by mornitoring and modifying sub-keys relevant to system and file association startup on registration table in order to improve the security of a computer system.
A simple and practical apple classification algorithm was proposed.The Prewitt algorithm is employed to detect the edge boundary of the given apple image,and then the threshold segmentation is employed to segment it,whether the apple has scars is determined by calculating connected regions.The experiment results showed that the method not only can exactly locate the scar and stem areas of the apple images,but also can remove the shadow of the apple.The experiment on 100 samples proves that the algorithm can classify the apples quickly and the correct rate can reach 99%.
The idea of multiple-level from contourlet transform and discrete wavelet transform is expanded to discrete cosine transform domain,and traditional watermarking methods are analyzed which in DCT domain can't resist to geometric attacks.A blind watermarking algorithm against rotation attack based on SVD and multiple-level discrete cosine transform was proposed.Firstly the host image is transformed from Cartesian coordinate to logarithm polar coordinate,then multiple-level discrete cosine transform is applied in LPM.After MDCT,the host image is decomposed with SVD.Finally,the binary watermark image after affine transform is embedded into the singular value of the image.The simulation experiment results demonstrate the proposed method is better than traditional algorithms based on DCT in commonplace signal processing,such as:adding noise,filtering and JPEG compression etc.it is also robust enough for rotation attacks.
Because there are some disadvantages of traditional algorithms in solving maximum clique problem-one of the NP complete problems,such as too many experimental steps,uneasiness to operate in vivo,and low cyclization efficiency,a 2D DNA(k-arm DNA molecule) structure was designed to solve the maximum clique problem.In order to reduce the time and steps required in resolving this problem,the method is that the 2D DNA molecular was designed as molecular tiles and the computation model was obtained by using the 3D DNA tiles to build the 3D DNA structure chart.This algorithm reduces the complexity of calculation for solving the maximum clique problem,and it is also a meaningful practice for DNA computing and DNA computer research.
The intelligent community monitoring system was developed using LonWorks field bus and the microcomputer technology.The system was formed by the synthesis wiring,the family security precaution and information collecting and sending from pulse meters.In the whole management system,the scene signal was collected by alarm sensor and intelligent pulse meters,the data was handled by family intelligent control unit,and then the data entered the center computer of management system on bus by the network equipment with the same protocol.The system has some popularizing significance in realizing the system monitoring,control,management,protect and information communication.
A new-style design scheme for wireless signals detection instrument based on AD8318 was offered,which is a demodulation logarithmic amplifier.It detects the power of wireless signals with continuous demodulation logarithmic amplifier of AD8318 and its rapid response characteristic,and it fast displays the received signals strength with single chip system.The test results of system function showed that the method had the specialty of high speed responsibility,and accurate signal indication.
A portable automatic hemorheology measurement device was designed by using U-shape capillary viscosimeter and ARM-Linux embedded technology.The system software was modulated by using the cross-compiling way.The experimental results showed that the device has the following merits:conveniency to use,simplicity of operation,rapid determination and high accuracy.
To solve the problem that by using common fault diagnosis method of motor in frequency-conversion speed-regulation system it is difficult to judge fault types,the method of fault diagonisis based on D-S evidence theory is used,which can reduce uncertainty in fault diagnosis.The fault of converter in the asymmetrical condition is identified from analysis result of three-phase voltage sensors and three-phase current sensors.The fault of the induction motors is identified by the fusion result of three phase stator current.Then the D-S evidence theory is used to fuse and calculate fault features data so as to identify fault.The experiment of diagnosis test showed the method improves precision of fault diagnosis of motor and can meet real-time requirement of diagnosis.
The intrinsic co-integration relationship between the China stock index futures and stock index spot which barely come into market based on co-integration theory was studied.The results showed that the unilateral causality relationship between stock index futures and stock index is also found by Engle-Granger causality test.The relationship of long-term equilibrium and short-term fluctuation of stock index futures and stock index spot was confirmed by co-integration model and error correction model.
A new trust region algorithm with strong Wolfe line search for convex quadratic programming under equality constraints is proposed.This method first uses augmented Lagrange function to transform this restraint question into the non-constraint question,and on the basis of traditional trust region method it takes line search instead of resolving the subproblem when the trail step is not successful.This may allow a considerable computational saving.Global convergence is proved under certain conditions.
By combining Pólya theorem and the chromatic polynomial, chromatic orbit polynomial and primitive chromatic polynomial of P-graph and Pn graph were studied.The new properties of them were put forward.With pentane molecular as example,its molecular energy state number was calculated.
