To understand the cooling rate effect on superconductivity of high-temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-δ, solid-state reaction and rapid cooling method are used to prepare YBa2Cu3O7-δ sample. The R-T tests showed that with the acceleration of annealing,the zero resistance temperature Tc0 of samples decreases, superconductivity becomes weakened,transition width △Tc becomes wider, superconducting quality becomes worse. When the rapid annealing degrees, sample losses superconductivity. Cooling rate has an iraportant impact on superconductivity.
The mechanism of insertion/deinsertion of lithium ion in graphite electode means of cyclic vohammetry technique and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. was investigated by The results showed that the rate-limiting step of the electrode process was the diffusion of lithium in the graphite. There were three distinct charge-discharge platforms respectively at 0.20/0.22 V, 0. 11/0. 14 V, 0.08/0. 10 V (vs·Li/Li+) in the process of insertion and deinsertion of lithium ion. Each platform is a two-phase coexistence region, may be corresponding to the phase transition process of three lithium-graphite intercalation compounds:LiC72(8 steps)⇔LiC36(4 steps),LiC36(4 steps)⇔LiC12(2 steps),LiC12(2 steps)⇔LiC6(1 steps).
Mn-substituted nickel hydroxide with good electrochemical properties was prepared by mechanical ball milling and its preparation technology was studied. The optimization technology condition was Mnsubtituted 20%,ball milling time 15 min,ball material ratio 8:1,rotate speed 350 r/min and ageing temperature 70℃. The results of X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope tests showed that it had a β-Ni(OH)2 structure with an irregular shape and the particle size was about 5 μm. Its 0.2 C discharge capacity reached 261 mAh/g and 1 C discharge capacity remained 90% after 300 cycles.
Taking Bengbu city in Anhui province Huaiyuan county pomegranate as raw materials, pomegranate juice beverage processing technology was studied. The processes, product formulas and best process parameters were obtained. The results showed that the formulation of pomegranate juice was the concentration of 30% pomegranate juice,8% white sugar,0.15% citric acid,2.0% honey,0.13% Vc,0.10% xanthan gum+0.10% CMC,0.05% pstassium sobate,the best technique parameter was that Vc is added before pulping and centrifugation speed is 4 000 r/min and time is 10 min. The best flavor can be perceived.
Effect of chitosan on inhibitory of microorganisms in chilled pork was preliminarily studied using different degree of deacetylation, different concentration chitosan, and different concentrations acetic acid (as dissolved solution). The results showed that chitosan had significant inhibitory effect on microorganisms in chilled pork. When chitosan concentration of 5 mg/mL dissolved in 1% acetic acid, degree of deacetylation of chitosan≥95% had the best effect of inhibition of microorganisms in chilled pork.
The preparation, modification, new testing methods, and application of cereal dietary fiber in food industry were summarized. Although the research of cereal dietary fiber has obtained a good advance in recent years, the definition, determination, modification methods, in vivo validation of its physiological function, mechanism of action and application technology of cereal dietary fiber in food industry need further research and exploration.
A method for the analysis of phthalate esters (PAEs) in the tear tape for cigarette was developed. Ultrasonic solvent extraction combined with gas chromatography was used to determine PAEs in the tear tape for cigarette using benzyl benzoate as internal standard and chloroform as solvent. Limits of detection of the method were 5.05-59.68 mg/kg and the relative standard deviation values were less than 5% for all of the seven PAEs. The recovery values were between 74.1% to 120.3%. The method was applied to analyze 7 phthalate esters in fifty four kinds of tear tapes. The experimental results showed that 10 samples were found to contain one PAEs, and only one sample was found to contain the total of PAEs which was higher than European standards, 1 000 mg/kg.
Potassium oxalate solution with different concentration was added to cigarette paper to investigate its effect on pyrolysis characteristics of cigarette paper and mainstream smoke through thermal analysis and tobacco smoke analysis. The results showed that tar and CO content decreased when potassium oxalate was added to cigarette paper; and U-shape profile could be found to illustrate the trend of puffs, CO and tar in smoke with potassium oxalate's concentration increase. More details showed that tar and CO content minimized when potassium oxalate's concentration was 1.5%;thermal analysis indicated that cigarette paper initially pyrolyzed at a relatively lower temperature with higher potassium oxalate concentration, and active energy decreased at 200~300℃.
A total of 152 flue-cured tobacco samples with C3F grade was collected from the six main tobac-co-growing areas in Sichuan province, and their nicotine and total nitrogen contents were determined to study their distribution characteristics and their correlations with the evaluation indices of smoking quality. The results showed that the mean value of nicotine and total nitrogen contents in flue-cured tobacco leaf was (2.24±0.63)% and (1.82±0.23)%, respectively. The nicotine and total nitrogen contents of flue-cured tobacco leaf were higher in the south Sichuan than the north. Nicotine content had a significant linear correlation with strength and density, yet an significant curvilinear with quality of aroma, after-taste,offensive odor and sweetness. And the sensory quality was favored when nicotine content ranged from 2.1% to 2.7%. Total nitrogen content showed a negative significant linear correlation with after-taste, offensive odor, irritancy and sweetness, and a striking curvilinear with quality of aroma and volume of aroma. The optimum sensory quality a ppeared when the total nitrogen ranged from 1.7% to 2.0%.
The static behavior of totally overlapped tubular N-joints with vertical brace under compression in sym-metrical Pratt truss and vertical brace under stretch in anti-symmetrical Pratt truss were studied. One vertical brace under compression and one vertical brace under stretch were tested under monotonic loading. Results of these tests showed that the failure of model vertical brace under compression was the combined failure of the vertical brace incline and slant brace face plastification, and the failure of model vertical brace under stretch was the combined failure of the chord and slant brace face plastification and base material crack. The calculation showed that the result obtained from Euroeode 3 is more accurate than the China code which turns out unsafe in vertical brace under compression;the ultimate capacity of joints in vertical brace under stretch which is higher than vertical brace under compression raised by 42%.
Taking the cold-formed thin-walled U-section steel-concrete composite beams as material, theory analysis have been conducted on the composite beams. Expressions for elasitic strength in consideration of slip effect were given. The bending moment of eight simply supported composite beams were calculated, and the comparison between theory and test results showed that the calculated values of elasitic monent was good consistent with the test results. It is shown that the slip effect on the elastic bending strength can not be ingored.
The static interference effects of three earth buildings and spatial distribution of wind pressure coefficient interference factor of interfered building surface were studied. The influence of different space and wind direction on static interference effect of building group was analyzed. The result showed that the wind interference is obvious, causing by earth building 2, when the direction angle is 0°. The wind interference are good when the direction angles are 45°. The change of building surface interference factor is not obvious with 1.0 D space,when the direction angle is 90°. Narrow effect is prone to develop and the interference factor is obvious, when the direction angle is 135°.
Based on the earthquake damage probability prediction model of water supply network the seismic reliability of its water supply network of Ningde City was analyzed and researched by the simplified algorithm of Sine-wave input and Monte Carlo. The results showed that the underground pipeline failure probability increased with the basic increase of earthquake intensity. The environment has a great effect on the earthquake damage of the underground pipeline. The cast iron pipe is more easily destroyed than steel pipe. Large diameter pipe have better seismic performance than small diameter. The destruction of the pipe in the liquefied or weak areas is more seriously. The long-term using, decrease intensity and corrosion, the pipe can be destroyed more seriously. The damage of the pipe is easy to occur in the sharp turn, valve and joints of the equipment.
Based on suppling and completing the determination principle of feeding paths in NC milling, combining with should be noted a example, feeding paths for common shape in NC milling machining was determined. It that cut in or out along the part contour lines or tangent, and in the premise of quality, can get the shortest route. Practice showed that reasonable feeding paths in milling not only makes the paths optimal, but also makes the processing time reduced by almost half, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
Aiming at limited communication distance of wireless sensor network and low efficiency of phone alarm,a remote monitoring system of WSN was designed using TC35i and AT command to transmit short message to user,which acquires information by ZigBee technology.The experimental results indicated that the system can provide good stability low equipment costs,low maintenance cost and high safety.
The decision table of the relationship between reason and type of reflecting road congestion was established. The attributes reduction method based on rough set theory combined with genetic algorithm was presented. This method removes redundant rules from decision table and finally the main factors causing road traffic congestion are found. The test result showed that this algorithm in analysis of causese for traffic congestion is efficient, and that it provides scientific basis for decision making of preventing urban road traffic congestion.
Aiming at present the exact matching algorithm has problems that the model moves to the right more frequently and the running time is long,a new efficient algorithm of BMH2S was presented.Which uses a truth substring and the two characters of the substring to calculate the amount move to the right.The test results showed that BMH2S is an efficient model matching algorithm.
Aiming at present the real-time streaming media system's problems caused by high maintenance overhead and the cache resource block of node released of integrity,a structuring live streaming model RR-Media based on Chord was proposed.Nodes were divided into super nodes and ordinary nodes in this system,all the routing information is being done on the super node.Any node can publish resources,and declare their own existence through regular interactions.Simulations result showed that RR-Media drastically has lower network latency and little maintenance overhead and efficient integrity of node resource publishing.
Aiming at bundled bars statistical algorithm has problems which is not accurate and extraction information is unreliable based on the image recognition.A new automatic bundled bars statistical algorithm was proposed which optimized operational processes of image processing,using gray histogram threshold segmentation and area to count.The experimental results showed that the algorithm is simple and easy,fast counting speed and high accurate.
In order to solve the problem that business of passenger transport operation can real-time monitoring and management,a embedded passenger vehicle monitoring terminal system was designed.This system can achieve real-time monitoring and management through obtaining vehicle effective information with GPS and transmiting to monitoring center with communication network based on Samsang S3C6410 microprocesser and Linux operation system.The simulation experimental results showed that this terminal operates steadily,the picture is clear and the effect is good.
In order to solve the problem that general signal generator fails to generate single-cycle and non-standard waveform,the external synchronous trigger multi-channel and single-cycle funtion generator was designed.This design uses DDS (direct digital synthesis) thought and look-up table method,the phase digital value was output from microcontroller port,then output waveform can be obtained through DAC converter chip.This function generator can not only produce sine wave,triangle wave,square wave but also generate an arbitrary waveform.Decoder and A/D converter chip have been used to satisfy the needs of several multiple hydraulic proportional servo valve.At the same time,it's able to use an external trigger to control the load times.System testing results showed the function generator has good performance and easy to use,low cost.It has good prospects.
In order to improve response speed and reduce hardware complexity and cost,using traditional network analysis combined with synthesis technique method,a mathematical model of pressure sensor was established based on pressure sensor dynamic characteristics appling for simulation pressure transient situation generated by shock tube.Therefore analog filters were designed.This filter can improve response characteristics of original test system,reduce response time and make transient judge for pressure changes.
Aiming at low speed and precision of traditional artificial weighing in wheel production process, a silicon carbide sand automatic weighing system was designed. The system can collect and convert weak sensor signal using C8051F020 microcontroller, carry out digital average value filter for A/D conversion values control the speed of host DC rooter PWM and achieve real-time accurate weighing and quantitative delivery of the silicon carbide sand. The experimental results showed that the weighing dynamic accuracy of the system is higher, the error is ±0.1 g and the system fully meets the production requirements.
Aiming at the shortcomings of screw air compressor such as high energy consumption, big noise and low automation level ere, on the basis of the principle of screw air compressor energy-saving, a refor-ming scheme to save energy of screw air compressor by using frequency inverter was provided. The tech-niques such as safety chain PID adjustment and motor temperature rising control werer applied in the refor-ming scheme. Energy saving effect results showed that the energy saving rate reached up to 28.3%. Refor-ming scheme has large value to be popularized.
An improved insecticide LED lamp was designed. The insecticide lamp uses solar battery as power, high voltage power grid as a hunting tool, is driven by different wavelengths of the LED chip to strobe lights incentive pests. Through acquisition clock chip and the humidity sensor data, it can intelligently transform off according to season and weather, rain or shine. The results showed that at the same condition the effect of improved insecticide LED lamp was better than general.
The thermal management of LED,materials and performance optimization of heatsink and thermoelectric cooler (TEC) were reviewed.Then put forward that the heatsink can be applied to decrease the hot-side temperature and then enhances the cooling capacity of TEC,and performance evaluation and optimization of combining cooling is the main direction of this field.
A measurement system for Stokes parameters of linear polarized light based on orthogonal grating was presented. Four diffractive beams of (±1,±1) orders were incident on one of the analyzer in the analyzer array respectively. The analyzer array is composed of four analyzers with different polarization directions. The intensities of light through the analyzer array were detected by a CCD simultaneously. The simultaneous phase shifting is realized by an orthogonal grating, analyzer array and CCD detector. Linear Stokes parameters of incident light were obtained by calculation of detected light intensities. The experimental results indicated that the designed method was feasible and simple. In addition, the measured resuh is free of the intensity fluctuation of incident light.
Using AHP, the evaluation model of four types of student dormitory designing projects was established. By analyzing and evaluating the ten indicators of the characters of safety, economy, comfort and scientifically,the comprehensive quantitative values of the four types of student dormitory designing projects are computed respectively according to the regions which student dormitory is located in, such as the middle regions, the eastern coastal regions or the western regions in China.
