环境湿度对卷烟抽吸品质的影响研究
Study on the influence of environmental humidity on smoking quality of cigarettes

摘要: 将某品牌卷烟在不同环境湿度(40%、50%、60%、70%、80%)中平衡48 h后,采用卷烟燃烧烟灰完整性测试仪检测卷烟的包灰固结性、掉灰次数和燃烧性能,并对卷烟进行感官评吸及烟气致香成分种类和总量的分析.结果表明:随着环境湿度的增加,卷烟的包灰固结性变差,掉灰次数和频率上升,燃烧时间增加;感官评吸得分呈先升高后降低的趋势,当环境湿度为60%时,感官评吸结果最优;烟气致香成分种类和总量也呈先升高后降低的趋势,当环境湿度为60%时,致香成分种类和总量最多,与感官评吸结果一致.综上,最佳的环境湿度为60%,此时卷烟的外观品质和内在品质都有较大的改善.Abstract: After a certain brand of cigarettes was equilibrated in different environmental humidity (40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%) for 48 hours, the cigarette ash measuring tester was used to test the ash consolidation, ash dropping times and combustion performance. The sensory evaluation of cigarettes and the types and total amount of aroma components in the smoke were analyzed. The results showed that:with the increase of environmental humidity, the ash consolidation of cigarettes became worse, the number and frequency of ash dropping increased, and the burning time increased.The sensory evaluation score first increased and then decreased.When the environmental humidity was 60%, the sensory evaluation results were the best; the types and total amount of aroma components in the smoke also increased first and then decreased. When the environmental humidity was 60%, the types and total amounts of aroma components were the most, which was consistent with the sensory evaluation results. In summary, the best environmental humidity was 60%, and the appearance and internal quality of cigarettes were greatly improved at this humidity.
